About

Rozelle Child Care Centre was established in  1987 in the historic  gatehouse of the Rozelle   Hospital.  It is a  community based Child Care Centre  offering a high quality of care to  families in the Rozelle area.

With  approximately 80 children in  care from babies to five year olds (only 56  on any given day), the  centre provides a unique and individual approach in our  provision of  ongoing high quality childcare.

We provide a safe and secure  environment for your child to enjoy, and  one in which all his/her needs  are catered for.  A nutritious meal is provided at lunch time,  and  snacks and drinks are available at several times during the day.  We  have Health Guidelines which are to ensure  that the children’s exposure  to illness is minimised, as well as other centre  policies to ensure  high quality care.

Each child in our care is an  individual with  particular needs. These needs are catered for by our  staff members, who observe  development and devise individual programmes  for every child.  All of our staff members are professional  child care  workers who constantly upgrade their knowledge through training in  the  field and at courses.

The Big Night Out is an annual event, and one of the centre’s key fundraisers for the year.
